Requirements :

higher education;
experience as a manager/accountant in agriculture;
confident PC user (Microsoft Office), knowledge of 1C program;
possession of a driver’s license (category B);
sociability, the ability to easily find a common language with people;
responsibility;
stress resistance.

Responsibilities :

working with shareholders in the territory of the unit’s operations.
signing land lease agreements.
preparation of documents for registration.
calculation and issuance of rent and material assistance, bonuses for re-signing documents.
holding personal receptions for shareholders in settlements in the territory of the unit’s operations according to the established schedule.
monitoring the validity periods of lease agreements.
